Saturday 23rd – Saturday 30th July
It’ll be 3 long years since we last had Camp in person. You’ve missed it. We’ve missed it. It’s time to go back. If you’re in S4-6, Renfrew Senior is the place to be.
Why? We’ve got great things lined up to do, including go-karting, visiting Scotland’s largest trampoline park, some tomfoolery on a lake and hitting the famed Glasgow shops. And it’s not too far away (for the cautious), and it’s not too close (for the ones eager to get away)!
And you may remember him from Camps in the past, or Connect 2021, or his general loudness, but Innes will be ready to confront us each night with the truth of God’s word and what it means for us in 2022.
Text your friends, book a space. Or come alone, and we’ll make sure you’re part of the group. Either way, come to Renfrew Senior.
Peter & Louise Munro
Team LeaderS, Renfrew SENIORS
Louise and Pete live and work in sunny Inverness. Pete grew up there and Louise has lived in places across the Highlands throughout her childhood, moving to Inverness when she was 13.
They first met through youth fellowship at Smithton church and married in 2019. Camps have been a big part of both their lives, both as campers and leaders. The teaching they received, the chats had with leaders and the time spent with Christian’s their age, played a massive part in them both coming to faith in Jesus Christ.
Pete loves drums, talking sports and going for a McDonald’s drive thru (probably why he only talks about sports). Louise loves a chunky knit, a good coffee and once got hit on the head by Prue Leith from Bake Off.
Team Leader, Renfrew Seniors
Innes is originally from the Isle of Lewis. He’s the Assistant Minister at Smithton Free Church, Inverness, where he’s been since 2017. Innes is married to Anna, who comes from Aberdeen.
Innes became a Christian at a Free Church Youth Camp in 2003, and camps have meant a lot to him since then. He loves being involved in camps, and particularly enjoys teaching the Bible and using his loud voice at camp!
Innes enjoys football, music, Pokémon, any good TV comedy, and watching films.
